Geodiversity day in Nisyros Primary School
Teaching children about the geological history of their home helps them appreciate its natural heritage and understand the importance of protecting it.
To mark Global Geodiversity Day, the Nisyros UNESCO Global Geopark and its scientific team have prepared a presentation for the children of Nisyros Primary School, which will be delivered later this week.
